Thrifty Thursday with Mel

0

Summer in the city is always so much fun, especially with children. Atlanta is bustling with all sorts of unique and low-cost events and activities for our little peaches.

Last weekend, we enjoyed summer-time staples like hotdogs and snow cones at the Summer Reading Kickoff at the East Atlanta Branch Library. Our youngest daughter was born at Northside Hospital last fall, so we were invited to the city’s largest birthday party at Zoo Atlanta for all the babies born at the hospital during the previous year.

This week we’ll swing by a story time or two, because we love books. We’re also planning to check out Atlanta Streets Alive on Sunday. Hope to see some of you MAMC moms and your little ones out and about this week!
