Everyone Loves a Little Competition, Right? Steppladder Challenge
These quick little stepladder workouts can be a fun little competition with yourself (or someone else) and they are super simple. The stepladder is always the hands down favorite workout in all of my online challenges!
How my 9 minutes stepladders work:
- Do 1 circuit of 1 repetition of all 3 exercises.
- Do 1 circuit of 2 repetitions of all 3 exercises Stepladder up accordingly: Do 3 reps of each, then 4…keep going until the 9 minutes are up.
- Record the highest number of reps you reached in your stepladder.
The best way to do it for a full body workout is to choose one exercise from each muscle group: upper body, core and lower body. The combinations are pretty much endless, but first try this one on for size. You don’t even have to get up of the living room floor!
Exercise 1: Push up
Exercise 2: Mountain Climber
Exercise 3: Marching Bridges
Try the same one every few days to actually see yourself getting stronger!
